Version 3.1.0 (August 15, 2011)
Added a track list and an options menu to make it easier to manage many tracks within a single OGPS file.
Tracks now have names, checkboxes to control visibility and clickability, and assigned colors.
Added buttons to the Display tab for setting the colors assigned to new tracks when they are loaded.
Changed the Select Track(s) dialog box so that track listings are sorted by file, then track start time, and then track order within the file.
Condensed the text displayed in the Track tab textbox (track numbers were the only information removed).
Added the keyboard command Shift+Escape for completely canceling track selection.
Made it possible to automatically zoom and scroll to a track's location on the map by double-clicking on its entry in the track list. (This also selects all of the track's points if the Track tab is visible.)

Added a speed/elevation/heart rate graph with horizontal zooming, from which track segments can be selected.
Greatly improved map and track drawing performance.
Made the track loading code read the times of any waypoints in GPX files and take them as lap times.
Added an option to color tracks according to average 'point speed' rather than 'segment speed' (this has a smoothing effect).
Changed the pace format on the Track tab to M:SS.
Changed the position format on the Track tab to HDDD°MM.MMM'.
Added elapsed time and distance to the information displayed for single track points.
Made the calculation of minimum and maximum elevation and heart rate consider track points rather than track segments.
Gave the program the ability to load tracks from TCX and GPX files on startup.

The user's regional settings no longer affect file operations. Thus, tracks can now be loaded in regions where the decimal symbol is a comma.
