Manitoba Orienteering Association

The night was dark and the headlamps dances like will o' the wisps through
 the park as the adventurous delved the depths of darkness for a flash
 of white and orange.  Everyone enjoyed themselves and after a half-hour
run everyone likewise volunteered to pick up the controls which the organizer,
who had no light, had hung at dusk.  Competitors had remarkably little problem
navigating their way between controls.  Patrick started 8 minutes late and still managed to
finish on time.  Next year we may try a more difficult venue.
